Terms of Service for DocuMask

Welcome to DocuMask. By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using DocuMask, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DocuMask for your own personal or professional document redaction needs.

3. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the documents you process using DocuMask.

• While DocuMask provides advanced AI-driven PII detection, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting every sensitive data point. Final review of all redactions is the responsibility of the user.

4. Subscriptions (DocuMask PRO)

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to DocuMask (excluding user-provided documents) are and will remain the exclusive property of TheAppFun.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocuMask is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss or privacy breaches resulting from user error.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
